On April 13, 2010, HMI shipped two containers of supplies to a Haitian port near Leogane. These containers are loaded with materials for the orphanage and school: clothing, food, windows, doors, paint, etc. Before the authorities will release these containers, they are asking for a port tax of $1000 per container.
